Geko House

Casa Gecko is a 95-square-meter house, built with solid stone and concrete, that exudes strength and balance. The ground floor comprises 50 square meters, with a living room, a bedroom, a well-oriented kitchen, and a spacious bathroom. All of this opens onto a large concrete porch of approximately 160 square meters. From the living room, a spiral staircase made of guanacaste wood connects to the second level, where a large 6 x 6-meter bedroom is located, complete with a terrace and a raised garden that rises above the slab below. It is a house designed for long-term living, with solid spaces and warm details.
